Meet the Team

  • Expert personal organizer, Rebecca Sullivan, juggles business ownership and family life. She is married to her husband, Daniel, and is a mother of son, Logan & daughter, Skylar.

    Rebecca is energetic and enjoys living life to the fullest, & giving back to the community. You can usually find her on the tennis courts, or chatting with friends by the pool. She loves all things Real Housewives. She avidly cheers on her son’s lacrosse team, & her daughter’s swim team. She'd rather travel more than buy a luxury purse. With this hectic schedule, you've got to be organized!

  • Born a midwestern girl, with a natural gift for organizing and a love for helping others, Natascha brings that passion to Happy Tree Organizing.

    When she’s not browsing Instagram for decluttering ideas, she can be found gardening or drinking coffee—lots of coffee! ☕️

    She married her best friend and the coolest guy she knows. She’s a mom of 3, & a cheese aficionado. Natascha is also a dog lover, who has fostered and rescued their family pup. 🐶 Also an occasional runner, and a lover of all things contained and organized.

  • She is a foodie who loves to try new restaurants, ask her for a restaurant recommendation! Maria is originally from Louisiana, and has always been an organizer at heart. She’s a sucker for a detailed spreadsheet and a dramatic before and after picture. Few things excite her more than an aesthetically pleasing space that is also highly functional… well, maybe a home made chocolate chip cookie with a sprinkle of salt, but it’s close!🍪

    Her favorite area to organize is the often overlooked “junk drawer”. Her love of cooking has made her a pro at editing down to the essential kitchen.

    When not organizing she loves to cook for her husband of 12 years, and play board games with her two kiddos.

    Maria always has a fun story, and knows how to make your space feel it’s best.

  • She finds organized spaces to be very regulating and loves nothing more than to bring calm to the chaos.

    Jessica lives with her husband and son, along with several rescue dachshunds. She loves to bake sweets and make cake pops; ask her about her "sprinkle closet". She is an avid vegetable gardener and will happily pickle anything that will fit in a Ball mason jar.

    When she's not working with the Happy Tree team, Jessica teaches preschool music and children's choir. She is a lifelong singer who has been known to perform snippets of Italian arias or musical theater in foyers and stairwells with particularly good acoustics.

    Happy Tree Organizing’s founder, Rebecca Sullivan, got her start organizing 11 years ago. Originally from the Boston area, she began organizing her toys in her room, with wisdom passed own from her mom and grandmother: “a place for everything, and everything in it’s place”.
